How does james jeans fit
I will be returning these 2 pairs and hope they improve the quality soon. This is pure sadness. See all reviews by eatcommonsense I am curvier on the bottom and these fit me well without constantly riding down my hips.
See all reviews by Dogma Very impressed! Very flattering pair of skinnies from James! I wear for skinnies, but because my previous Twiggy in 28 was a bit snug, I sized up to 29, and it's perfect. Substantial weight, yet very soft, I think this will last me years. It has great stretch recovery, and I was grateful I didn't end up looking sloppy halfway through the day!
The zippers are great, too! Color is a dark gray, not faded black, which I really like! Makes them look newer and not too worn down looking! Love them! See all reviews by Alligator No thank you. This are very tight and a very odd fit. They are tight at the waist and thighs and loose around the knees and calves.
I guess I was expecting more of a skinny fit. I think they run at least 1 size too small. Good find. These are a nice pair of loose, "boyfriend" style shorts. I wear them unrolled and really like them. They sit low and are a little loose but I like them for a casual day look. Sizing: Larger than Expected. Amanda S. See all reviews by Amanda S. Uncomfortable Belly Panel. Loved the jeans and they fit perfectly, but the top of the panel has a thick and very tight elastic, which is so uncomfortable.
Not sure who designed these and thought this would be comfortable for a pregnant woman. Feedback received. Thank you! The reviews are pretty bad. I'll just have to deal with a regular belt. I hate belts, too, but have recently discovered that those ribbon belts the preps all wore? Are at least not at all bulky, so they're not bad if you need to tuck one under a sweater.
You made me truly LOL. But have to say those jeans make your tush look splendid! I don't understand. That said, these look great on you and I love that they aren't baggy in the knee, which is my 1 denim issue. As far as the ass slippage, I've decided if jeans have stretch, you will have to hitch them up. Annoying, but true. They do look nice on you!
But I know the whole slippage thing well--I end up feeling like a blasted plumber by the end of the day. That said, you could try some vintage high-waisters think Katharine Hepburn from HeyDay or another etailer. I am so relieved to know others are suffering from the jeans-slide. I go up a size. I go down a size.
I go stretchy. Nothing helps. Thanks for the honest review! I was waiting with bated breath as I read, poised and ready to throw money at the computer to get my own pair if they worked out for you because I have the same problem. I'm also anti-belt and feel that jeans shouldn't need a belt if they fit right, which of course they hardly ever do.
I'm new to designer denim, but so far I've had pretty good luck with Kut from the Kloth jeans as long as I buy them small enough.
I'm normally a 16 in pants, and the 12 I have fit well without too much sliding around and yanking up throughout the day. Since getting those, I made the mistake of ordering two 14s, and nope. Those are all sorts of slidey. Good luck with your continued search! Oooh, I read padded butt, all excited. I have no butt and thought that's why my jeans keep sliding off them.
I guess the "I have a load in my pants" look will be mind forever!! AD This post contains affiliate links and Ilovejeans. I only recommend products or services I believe will be good for my readers. This jean is currently a brand new style and only available on the James Jeans US site, however they do ship to the UK. This is what they say about this new exclusive style.
The pockets on the front are faux s o not to add any unnecessary bulk to the streamline of this jean. The Behind: The back pockets have a simple dark orange stitching with a small dart on the pocket to contour the bottom and large belt loops. The fit on the bottom is like a second skin. Want to know what Modal is? It is designed to dye just like cotton, and is color-fast when washed in warm water.
